However, running those programs is hard. Organizations spend so much time, money, and effort on managing the process. Applications are collected using inefficient methods such as email attachments and form builders. Screening of dozens, hundreds, and sometimes thousands of applications occurs manually using complicated spreadsheets.
So, we built Untap to make running an innovation or talent discovery program simple, enjoyable, and valuable re-imagining every step of the journey.
Untap is an all-in-one software that is used by organizations to easily and efficiently plan, launch, manage, and assess online innovation and talent discovery programs. Our software streamlines the process of building a dedicated program website, setting up the call for applications process, receiving and managing submissions, engaging with participants and judges, conducting extensive evaluation/judging workflows, running multiple rounds of submission, and generating an in-depth analysis.
We powered over 100 programs ranging from startup programs to hackathons, creative competitions, open innovation challenges, grants, scholarships, hiring events, and more. Our customers include the United Nations, American University in Cairo, Dell Technologies, Vodafone, Dubai government, Deutsche Welle, and the Saudi government to name a few.
